Why do adult movie stores have to carry a certain amount of regular non-adult movies? - adult movies megavideo

I know I Shopping There are a lot of old films from regular shit that nobody goes out and rents. Then there are the films for adults in the back, where everyone goes. Why do places like this need to keep regular film simply nothing more than a film for adults in your business? Is there a law or regulation on this?

I read an article on baltimoresun.com about a week or so ago about this topic at.

Apparently, a city in the region have tried to get a deal had been for adults, where it is created and the building code stipulates that a commercial "adult" as someone who is more than a certain percentage of their holdings of B (or - area) in "adult" goods.

This story has opened the basement and transformed it into a flea market (which nobody wants), and now its place, devoted to adult products (first floor) is, as always, within legal limits.

I suspect that in other places have similar zoning.
