What's a good carrying bag/backpack to store my dslr & lens? - packing dslr lenses backpacking

I want to protect a transportation system to my team to intense activity [walks, beatings and so forth], but I'll make a quick and easy access to cameras. I do not know how backpacks, sling bags / boxes or bags shoulder. I have 1 a.m. to 3 p.m. DSLR lenses and a compact camera.
