From Beginner To Bubka Can A Beginner Take Violin Lessons From A Instructional DVD?

Can a beginner take violin lessons from a instructional DVD? - from beginner to bubka

My 7-year-old daughter got a violin for his birthday, but I have no money or time to get to the classroom. Would it be if you take lessons with a DVD? If yes Any suggestions?

Depends on what she wants. As a player, since he was 4, I doubt I would be anywhere near the level that I am the day of the trial from a DVD. She taught the basics, of course, but if you make a mistake, there is nobody there to fix it, or show him. Show me my mistakes and showed me how to fix it is very important when it came to my learning. If she wants a sort of hobby, I believe, can teach a DVD to play a few songs. Through the use of his violin, making a career for themselves or play at school? Well ... DVD will not cut.

I know there are tons of instructional DVDs is available for the guitar. It seems that the same concept, but not true. Even learning the guitar from an educational video is difficult, but then add the difficulty of trying to teach a good retention of the arch, the absence of frets on the neck of a violin, and how is the instrument itself, and it is a problem. A private teacher could create temporary band on violin, so she would know what to do withFinger for the notes. I have no recommendation for the DVD, because we do not recommend that you really learn well and use. A tutor is your best option, but certainly a kind of Youth of the public who want to get involved. Even my elementary school offers an after school program for the junior orchestra, which is where my friend has learned to play. Linked to the tutorials, it was very good, very fast.

The violin is an ideal instrument to play! I hope your daughter does not notice anything.

Absolutely not!

The problem with learning an instrument from a DVD, if the student has no prior training is designed to know so many bad habits without realizing it, especially with the violin, because it is relatively difficult to learn. A good teacher is in the sense that they can / they observe and evaluate how the student is to understand and respond to what they learn is invaluable. Since eveyone is different physically, they are not required on issues and problems to help every student on the road, and only one teacher "in person" would be could.

In my professional opinion, many of these films are there to profit.

And if your daughter receives, he has more money to get rid of problems. See if you can be a great violin in a university in your area (call your music) department to get to your house (ask someone who is a violin major, if not an easy one). Or maybe your school has a string orchestra, not so that the teachers help in the situation. If you can not, then I would say, whas a little until you can.

I'm afraid the answer is not a waste of time. Adults have difficulty with a child, it will not work. Sorry. Find a member. Take your time and money to avoid "."

My goodness, I am sure that everything is possible. My 40 years old roomamte Violas baught only a goal for $ 100. He wants to take lessons, but no time either. I have never seen a DVD like this, but I never thought of before. Check your local music store and see. Thanks for the idea. Why not? Worth a try, right?
